What this page shows

Verified, publicly reported CMS Hospital Compare measures for Delaware's Medicare-certified hospitals. Each chart displays its exact data collection period, and every figure is directly citable to the CMS Provider Data Catalog releases.

What is not available here (and why)

Delaware-specific cost figures, such as the per-hospital average costs, ED utilization by payer, and the DHIN CostAware comparisons, are published as interactive reports rather than downloadable data. The underlying all-payer claims data behind them is restricted: researchers must apply through DHIN, sign a Data Use Agreement, and pass review by the Data Access Review Committee (DARC). We disclose this rather than publishing estimates.
